Q5. Publish of my photograph or video
Photographs or video images of you and your legal guardians may be taken during school activities and events such as                classroom lessons, CCA, school camps, or school concerts. The school may use and publish such photographs or video                recordings in school publications, the school’s website, social media channels, or other communication channels.

  • Pupils who are absent on the days of the assessment must substantiate their absence with a valid Medical Certificate or other relevant official documents.
*With effect from 2014, CA2 results will only reflect performance in alternative and formative assessments e.g. Project Work, class topical tests etc. A separate circular will be issued in January.

Assessment Make-up Policy
  • Pupils are allowed to sit for the make-up examination only if they are absent with a valid medical certificate.
  • Pupils are expected to be prepared for the make-up examination on the day he/she returns to school. The make-up examination will commence after he/she completes the scheduled examination for that day.
  • Pupils who miss more than one paper will sit for a maximum of two papers per day (including the scheduled paper) in the following order: English Language/Foundation English, Mathematics/Foundation Mathematics, Mother Tongue/Foundation Mother Tongue, Science/Foundation Science.
  • For pupils who return to school only after the last day of the make-up examination, the examination paper will be given as practice but marks will not contribute to the overall results for the examination exercise.
  • There will be no make-up for the following: Listening Comprehension and Oral Examination of English Language, Foundation English, Mother Tongue, Foundation Mother Tongue.
